Standard commercial suppliers twist short cotton fibers tightly together to artificially hide their structural weakness. We utilize unbroken, continuous Long-Staple cotton. It yields an open, blooming yarn that gets significantly softer with every single commercial wash cycle.

The death of a hospitality towel always begins at the corner hem. Every Fine Cotton piece features a high-density, double-needle lockstitched longitudinal edge. It stops the fabric from dog-earing, fraying, or pulling out of square during high-heat 120lb extractions.
Cold-mercerized optical white.
Cheap institutional cotton reacts to industrial wash chemicals by turning a permanent, sickly yellow within months. Our raw yarn is put through a pressurized cold-mercerization bath prior to weaving, locking in a high-refraction optical white that ignores high-alkali detergents.
