dm-alpha is a direct wholesale textile manufacturer based in the UK. Since 2004, we have been manufacturing and exporting wholesale towels, bathrobes, bed linens, bath mats, and related textile products to bulk buyers across more than 30 countries.
We are not a trading company or a reseller. We own our production. That means when you place an order with dm-alpha, you are dealing directly with the factory — no agents, no middlemen, and no inflated markups. Every product leaves our mill at true factory-direct pricing.

How We Manufacture
Our vertically integrated production process gives us complete control over quality at every stage — from raw cotton yarn selection to the finished, packed product that ships to your warehouse.
Cotton Yarn Sourcing
We begin with long-staple combed cotton yarn — the same grade used by premium textile brands globally. Longer fibers mean a softer, stronger, and more absorbent finished product.
Weaving & GSM Control
Our looms are calibrated to hit exact GSM targets — from lightweight 400 GSM face towels to dense 650 GSM bath sheets. Every batch is weighed and tested before moving forward.
Dyeing & Finishing
Fabrics go through reactive dyeing for colorfastness and a mercerization process to boost brightness and sheen. White towels stay crisp white through hundreds of wash cycles.
QC & Bulk Packing
Each finished product is inspected for stitching, weight, and shrinkage before packing. Custom OEM labeling, embroidery, and private label options are applied at this final stage.
