Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is generally 100 pieces per size and color for our commercial towel and linen collections. However, we can accommodate smaller trial orders for new hotel clients depending on stock availability.

Yes! We provide full OEM services. We can custom embroider your hotel, spa, or brand logo directly onto the towels and bathrobes. We also offer custom jacquard weaving and private label tags for your hospitality brand.

For items currently in stock, wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. For custom manufacturing (like specific dyeing, weaving, or embroidery), production typically takes between 3 to 5 weeks depending on the order volume.

Absolutely. We highly encourage our B2B clients to test the commercial quality of our cotton firsthand. We provide standard samples at a nominal fee (to cover express shipping), which is fully refundable once you place your official bulk order.

To maintain maximum absorbency and commercial durability, we recommend machine washing in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they coat the cotton fibers and reduce absorbency. Tumble dry on a medium setting.
