For items currently in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. For custom manufacturing (like specific dyeing, weaving, or embroidery), production typically takes between 3 to 5 weeks depending on the order volume.

Absolutely. We highly encourage our clients to feel the premium quality of our cotton firsthand. We provide standard samples at a nominal fee (to cover express shipping), which is fully refundable once you place your official bulk order.

To maintain maximum absorbency and luxury softness, we recommend machine washing in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they coat the cotton fibers and reduce absorbency. Tumble dry on a medium setting.
